We've long maintained that fucking around is a critical part of the scientific method. In fact, the amount of fucking around you’re willing to do is directly proportional to the amount of finding out you’ll accomplish. Upon observing this year's #FundamentalObservation blend, we hypothesized that the base would be uniquely suited for a chocolatey almond treatment. We bench-trialed cacao nib varietals and chocolate additions, experimented with different degrees of roasting on sliced almonds, and tested how long we let both adjuncts steep in the liquid. We've drawn our conclusions, and we're ready for the peer review. #FAFO, or Fudge Almond Fundamental Observation, is rich and nougaty with a silky fluffiness on the palate that hits like homemade fudge.
