Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Vanilla Stout with Coconut • 13% ABV • We pushed five choice casks of Fundamental Observation through 225lbs of fresh coconut flakes to develop the first bottled batch of FOCOCO. Tropical aromas rise from the glass and melt into a swirling flourish of velvety viscosity on the palate. The fresh coconut addition brings a softness to the 13% ABV, smoothing the experience out into a luxurious lazy river of vanilla and coconut.
