This beer celebrates ingredients from the Southern Hemisphere, from its New Zealand and South African-sourced malts (Pilsner, Vienna and Corn, Sorghum, respectively) to its Australia, South Africa, and New Zealand-grown hops (Green Bullet, Galaxy, Southern Aroma, and Southern Star). Fermented with Common Space's house lager yeast. Golden colored lager with grassy, fruit-forward aromas driven by Galaxy and Southern Star hops. Subtle initial bitterness opens the palate to flavors of Noble hops and soft fruit. Sorghum and corn malts lend a subtle finishing sweetness to this crisply carbonated 7% lager.
