Hazy DIPA • 8% ABV • A flavorful new concept in our hazy line-up built on mostly 2 Row malt base with Citra and Mosaic in the whirlpool and a dry hop of Citra and Cashmere Cryo for aromas of kiwi, lychee, and grapefruit. Flavors follow suit on the palate with a medium-full body. Named for Darleane C. Hoffman, a UC Berkeley Professor who led the team that first discovered Plutonium 244 in nature. The very heaviest elements, those more massive than plutonium, are also the most elusive, with very short-lived stable states.
