Hazy Chicago style IPA brewed with Mosaic and dry hopped with Vic Secret and Nelson hops. This beer contains lactose. Tropical aromas with white wine brightness melt into flavors of passionfruit and gooseberries on the palate. This beer celebrates native Chicagoan Jeanette Piccard, who was technically the first woman in space as a result of her record-breaking high-altitude ballon flight of 10.9mi //57,000 feet in 1934, more than two miles into physiological 'Space.' For the trivia points: Her husband and his twin (also high-altitude balloonists) were most likely the naming inspiration for Captain Jean-Luc Picard of Star Trek fame.
