Пиво Anspach Porter - Brasserie de la Senne, Anspach & Hobday

Anspach Porter is the result of a collaboration with the London brewery Anspach & Hobday. Its very Brussels name comes actually from the surname of our friend Paul… Anspach, who came to brew it with us. He gave us the chance to remember a former Brussels mayor who is at the origin of the biggest urbanistic crime known by our city (and God knows we had many!): the vaulting of our beloved river — the Senne!
Anspach Porter is a black beer with ruby reflections. It is brewed with typically English malts, but fermented with our house yeast. Its nose reminds us moka and cacao, followed by hints of roasted hazelnuts, crème brûlée, and a touch of roasted flavours. The hops and the roasted malts come together to give us a very fine bitterness. It is an extremely mellow beer, almost silky in the mouth, which gives it a great drinkability.
