Пиво Saison du Meyboom (2023) - Brasserie de la Senne

Brewed on the occasion of the Brussels folkloric event of the planting of the Meyboom on August 8th, Saison du Meyboom comes back every year to quench your thirst! Its color is hazy, opalescent, blond, and with a creamy foam. Its flavors evoke the fruits from the South of France (ripe apricots, peach, melon), rustic cereals (spelt, wheat), as well as floral notes. The palate is smooth on the entry, and dry on the finish. Its bitterness is fine and balanced.
