Пиво Dankmal DDH IPA - Bräugier Craftbier

In German, the word “Denkmal” means monument. For our latest creation, DANKmal, we decided to brew a double dry hopped monument to celebrate some of our favorite DANK hops! We didn’t want any one single hop to get all the glory. So, the hop rate is relatively evenly spread out over 7 different varieties including the hazy staples Mosaic, Azacca, Strata, Nelson Sauvin, and Citra, but also ~30% coming from west coast dank heroes, Columbus and Pahto. Thanks to the wonders of biotransformation, there’s tons of tropical and citrus fruit to enjoy, but there’s plenty of the namesake pungent, resiny notes, lest we forget what beers are supposed to taste like.
