Making Hazy IPAs is complicated business. While drinking them may be easy, figuring out all of the flavors and aromas is also complicated. Can you find all the aromas and flavors? Tropical…Stone fruit..Mosaicy-dank resin…and Citrus. It’s all there, but where do you start? If you drink it too fast or inhale too deeply, will you miss some of the flavors? It’s too complicated for us, but if anyone wants to write a DFS algorithm to see if they can figure out where to start, feel free to let us know the results. In the meantime, we’re gonna close our laptops and sip on our 6.8% Mother Vertex Hazy IPA, double dry hopped with Mosaic, Strata, and Ariana. However, we may have to drink a bunch of them, just to make sure we don’t miss anything.
