We’ve noticed that all of a sudden more and more German brewers are coming out with their first Cold IPAs. But for Bräugier that’s nothing new, our legacy of brewing Cold IPA’s goes back to 1982…uh, ok, well maybe only October 2021, but that’s still given us a head start in unlocking the secrets of this style trapped between the two worlds of mega-hopped IPA and crisp lagers. But just because the Cold IPA style isn’t new for us doesn’t mean we won’t treat you to a premiere. That’s because in this reboot, we are featuring the new hyped-up New Zealand hop, Nectaron, for the very first time. Its renowned tropical and pineapple aromas shine through in this one. We’ve also brought back a few famous co-stars to round out the hop cast: Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic. Since trying to figure out what this beer is feels like being stuck in the Grid, we suggest you keep drinking them until you find the Portal.
