Пиво Totalitarian Book Club - Bräugier Craftbier

Welcome to East Berlin, where you go to your favorite Craft Beer Brewery and get engaged in a conversation with your friendly neighborhood communist longing for the old days. After a few beers, you think, "Why not join a book club led by this fellow? Expand my horizons, learn a little something. It'll be cultural." Sounds good! Before you get to the first book or meeting, you find out that the rules of the book club and being a member are actually more totalitarian than any espoused political programs in the books. Too bad..it happens. But it got us thinking, this is not really different than beer especially hazy ones, where many self-professed beer experts both local and tourist lecture and try to impose their single personal taste preference on every brewer and beer. "This is too bitter for a NEIPA." or "This is not bitter enough." or "It's good but to be really good you should add some lactose for mouthfeel." That book club isn't sounding so bad after all. Our latest contribution to the reading list...whoops, I mean, drinking list is Totalitarian Book Club. You probably won't like it for some reason because there is only one true hazy beer and all others must be banished, exiled, or destroyed. But it's Double Dry Hopped with Amarillo, Ekuanot, and Strata which hopefully will please a few of our supreme leaders out there.
