Everyone knows the double-edged sword…on the one hand, there’s a benefit, but on the other hand there is a negative consequence. But if 2020 (and the start of 2021) have taught us anything, it’s that one negative surprise is not enough. There’s actually yet another negative thing just waiting to happen. It is even said that real triple edged swords are banned by the Geneva convention because they leave such terrible wounds that are difficult to treat. That’s some hardcore sh*t! In a twisted homage, our Triple Edged Sword Triple IPA is just as hardcore, but fortunately not banned (yet)! Triple Dry Hopped with 24 g/l of El Dorado, Amarillo, Cashmere, Centennial, and Ariana. One dry hop at the start of fermentation, one a little before the end of fermentation, and one after fermentation leaves interwoven layers of tropical, berry, and citrus with hints of pine. Beautifully balanced you won’t notice the 9.6% alcohol…at first. Only afterwards, then you will remember the third edge. Good luck on a speedy recovery!
