Brekeriet White Label Brekeriet Breidur is a fruit beer mainly fermented with Brettanomyces yeast. Mango and apples are added during the secondary fermentation and this yeast loves fruit which is shown in the fantastic taste of the beer. Brekeriet Breidur is refermented in the bottle which gives a thin layer of yeast at the bottom of the bottle.
