Our ‘Funkt Up’ sour series is about developing an awesome series of sours which will allow us to further explore this creative style of beer with an exciting new range of flavours. Get ready to get Funkt up! Bloodshot Apricot Yet Another member of the Funkt Up Series, and this time its a well-rounded blood orange and apricot kettle sour. Local wheat and oats create a soft pillow like base for thick juicy apricot to rest on. We then sourced some sun-drenched, Mediterranean blood orange to bring together a light fruity sour with both sweet and tart character.
