First off, we're showcasing Mosaic - a hop known for its tropical & stone fruit notes. Big hop additions go in at whirlpool and over a DDH. We’ve went heavy on the flaked oats and wheat so expect a bright hazy IPA oozing with fresh, juicy American hop.
