2021 Collaboration with 71 Brewing, Dundee This brew was made with the guys at 71 Brewing, who brew modern, creative beers and their amazing and diverse range of styles has established them as one of the most exciting craft breweries in Scotland. A flavour-forward dry-hopped IPA, soaked in masses of dank Motueka hops to create fresh lemon & lime flavours and juicy, tropical aromas. The New Zealand hops are complimented by conditioning on over 100g/litre of kiwi puree creating a fruity, hazy beer with a big hoppy profile.
