We’ve split our bets with Casino Rye Ale and doubled up on the malt front, with barley and rye on the grain bill. Light caramel meets spicy toastiness, laying the groundwork for us to put all our chips on Equinox. Single-hopped with this new world variety, Casino Rye Ale is a cabaret of explosive pine, dry pithy orange, fresh grassy notes and prickly resin.
