This is a different version of Mr Squirrel that was not barrel aged. Mr Squirrel is an 8% Miso infused dark lager brewed with Sorachi ace. Aged on tasted walnuts in bourbon casks, with apples. A small amount of the beer was launched at the Japanese Beer Dinner at Musa Aberdeen in August 2011. A few kegs of the unaged version were also available at the Euston Tap in London, where Tim used to work.
