Paradox Imperial Stout is barrel aged in Islay casks, absorbing all the intense single malt characteristics, producing a sensory sensation. A beer with bitter chocolate and sweet dark fruit notes, sittting on a smooth roasty backbone that is wrapped in a cloud of peaty smoke, with hints of charred wood.
