Small batch brews are one-off beers from our pilot kit, or trial beers we have brewed with limited availability. This 4.5% toasty Vienna Lager hides a spicy resinous bitter edge, while a blast of pithy orange and lemon peel balances the sweet bisvuity malt notes. Old world hops bring an extra layer of jasmine and rose charachter. Malts: Pale, PIlsner, Munich, Amber and Cara Hops: Perle, Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Mandarina Bavaria Yeast: Wyeast 2124 - Bohemian Lager
