Пиво Zulu Time - BrewDog, Brasserie de la Goutte d'Or

Another day, another European collab... thank goodness! This time around saw us welcome Brasserie La Goutte d'Or from France. Apart from having an absolute blast with these guys we also had serious business to attend to... brew a beer that you're going to go crazy for, and we're pretty sure we nailed it. We worked up a South African-themed stout brewed with the addition of Rooibos tea which was added into the whirlpool giving the beer an earthy, herby and floral character which plays off with the dark fruit and chocolate from the grains.
