Here’s a lil’ something we did with our Thai friends, SAMATA and The Brewing Project, last month—say hello to Three Way IPA, where three distinctive brewing cultures meet. A solid modern West Coast IPA with a clean malt profile, which allows for the Sabro and HBC 586 hops to shine through. With this, we’re going back to basics with a simply delicious IPA.
