Мёд BA Monatomic: Blueberry - BBA Maple Syrup Variant - Brewlihan

In chemistry the word Monatomic is used to describe ions consisting of one atom. Our Monatomic series will feature single fruit sources. This one off small project created for "Free The Whales 2022" utilized a whiskey barrel aged blueberry base mead fermented with Galberry honey which was then then backsweetened with BBA dark maple syrup for a more robust flavor profile.
