This thick chewy pastry stout was aged nine months in a small format fresh dump Reservoir Bourbon Barrel. The heavy barrel isn’t for the faint of heart. Although it adds heat and a lingering dryness, we attempted to balance it with an absurd amount of Tahitian and Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans. Enjoy between 50-65 to allow the chocolate and vanilla flavors to shine.
