Мёд Mango Pina - Brewlihan

In Florida, you are never too far from a mango tree. True Floridians know that all mangos are not created equal. For our project, we sought out one of the most well-respected mango farmers, Gary Zill. Located in Boynton Beach, Gary is responsible for the creation and documentation of many new varietals of mango. After a sampling and discussion - we decided to utilize a single varietal know as Pineapple Pleasure for its sweet/tart characteristics for our first collaboration. Much like it's name, the Pineapple Pleasure mango has a fragrant sweet profile with a tart pineapple bite. We paired these expressive mangoes with a world class honey from a small apiary in Hawaii known in the mead world for exquisite Lehua blossom.
