We took Monatomic Blueberry, our single fruit melomel that utilized Wild Cascade Mountain blueberries and aged it for four months in a small format ex-bourbon barrel. To compliment the american oak tannins we selected our favorite vanilla beans, Tahitian for a vanilla ice cream flavor profile.
