We're proud to be the first beer brewed from our new friends at Battle House Hops in Almonte. Pouring a beautiful dark reddish/amber, with a full head of frothy tan foam. The aroma is pleasantly floral with a healthy amount of citrusy fruit, grass and pine balanced with a good dose of toffee and caramel malts. On the pallet a nice rich caramel, bready malt sweetness, backed by a solid hop presencse, with citrus, grapefruit and piney pith. Medium-full bodied, matched by moderate carbonation, lingering finish and slight warming alcohol effect. With an ABV of 6.5% this brew will help warm you up on these cooler fall days.
