Пиво 174 Taproom Series 69: Cranberry Sour - Broadhead Brewery

Fiery rose in colour, unfiltered and slightly hazy, with a light pink head that fizzes away quickly. On the nose there’s a strong presence of lactic sourness and cranberry tartness upfront, followed by a touch of mixed berries and mild earthyness. The palate brings forth fresh tart cranberry, tart acidity, citrus rind and more understated earthy herbalness. The carbonation is moderate to support the light to medium body, and the tart/sour essences lead into a semi-dry finish.
