Interested in dipping your toes into darker styles without taking the full stout plung? We've got the brew for you! Pouring a very clear almost black with deep ruby highlights and a moderate tan-colored head. On the nose you’ll encounter toasted malts, dark chocolate, cocoa and coffee, with hints of floral hops, and an earthy nuttiness. On the palate you’ll meet notes of dark chocolate and caramel balanced by a slight grassy hop throughout, finishing with a mild coffee like bitterness. Light to medium bodied with gentle carbonation, and a very smooth mouthfeel.
