Пиво 3 Fonteinen Doesjel - Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen

Blend of 1-, 2- and 3-year old lambic, all fermented and lagered in oak barrels and vessels. With Doesjel, the wild fermentation of the young lambic did not continue throughout the bottle conditioning as the yeast "dozed in" ("ingedoesjeld"). This beer has no head, just like lambic so please don't panic.
