bottling date: 12/05/2022 For this particular blend of Oude Geuze, we used lambikken originating from three different barrels and six different brews. More than one quarter of the lambikken have aged on very old Josefa Perez Oloroso sherry barrels. With 85% of the lambikken over three and a half years old, the weighted average age of this blend upon bottling is more than 35 months upon bottling and more than 42 months upon release. The oldest lambik was brewed in November 2018.
