Deze lambik ging recht van het vat naar de fles zonder toevoeging van enige andere lambik en zonder bedoeling om dit verder te laten vergisten. Indien ‘m plat is, is dat normaal. Indien niet, is der intussen iets magisch gebeurd. 100% 3 Fonteinen lambik. Slechts 614 flessen gemaakt (minus diegenen die we zelf proefden). This Zenne y Frontera is a blend of two fine Oloroso barrels. This is a straight barrel-to-bottle lambik without the addition of any other lambik nor with the aim to let this continue to ferment. If it’s flat, it’s normal. If not, some magic happened meanwhile. 100% 3 Fonteinen. Only 614 bottles produced (minus the ones we tasted ourselves). NL | Zenne y Frontera is een assemblage van jonge traditionele lambikken die verder gerust hebben op veertigjarige en oudere authentieke Oloroso, Amontillado en/of Pedro Ximénez sherryvaten. EN | Zenne y Frontera is a blend of young traditional lambics that have aged on forty-year-and-older authentic Oloroso, Amontillado and/or Pedro Ximénez sherry casks.
