Sourire de Mortagne, a sour quadrupel, aged on red wine barrels (Margaux) for 10 months. Added fruit foraged by Glenn straight to the barrel: sloeberries, bilberries (from Wales), blackberries, plums (Opal variety). Fermented with our own wild house yeast strain 'Morpheus'.
