Пиво Biere Cerise - Burning Sky Brewery

The base of this beer was an 18 month old mixed fermentation brown ale. It was then aged for a further 9 months on whole sour cherries from Kent at the rate of 500g of fruit to 1 litre of beer. Intense fruit flavours with a dry wood finish from the cherry stones. Limited to 600 bottles.
