Rustic Blended Sour Saison dry-spiced with wild fresh elderflowers - sourness is just spontaneous. no brett nor bacteria were added - Blend composed by 55% of a Saison fermented and aged in Oak barrels and 45% of our Kettle Sour Ale spontaneously soured according to the traditional German use of unmilled barley malt to add the microflora.
