Spontaneous cofermentation of grains and wild sour cherries, thanks to the microflora brought by the fresh fruits. No yeast/brett/bacteria added. Raw materials: local organic barley malt, local organic wheats from evolutionary population, aged hops, local wild sour cherries of ancient varieties.
