Brewed in collaboration with de Garde brewing, this Wild Ale uses California grown barley, raw wheat and conditioned with local wildflower honey. Co-fermented in neutral red wine barrels with mixed native cultures from Tillamook, Oregon and Ventura County, California. This beer aged well over a year for your drinking pleasure.
