This West Coast India Pale Ale brewed with a Golden Promise, malted wheat, a little dextrin malt and sugar. Hopped in the kettle with Citra and Nelson and fermented with everyone’s clean yeast strain providing a clean neutral profile to let the hops take center stage. A generous dry hop addition featuring the same Citra And Nelson then backed up with some Cashmere and Strata, the aroma is tangerine, grapefruit and light white grape. Pouring a golden straw color, the flavor is a balance of honey and citrus and tropical fruits with a light bitterness.
