Aquavit Plum is a blend of sour red and imperial red ales aged in bourbon and wine barrels for over two years with Black Mission figs and dried plums soaked in House Spirits Distillery Aquavit. Layers of caraway and star anise from the potent plums are balanced with a smooth chocolate character from the figs.
