To commemorate France’s Beaujolais Nouveau Day held this year on Thursday November 17th, we are excited to announce a limited release of an old house favorite. Cerise Nouveau 2022 is a lightly-carbonated blend of sour red and blond ales aged in oak wine barrels for nine months before barrel fermentation with fresh Bing cherries and aging for an additional four months. Like a classic Beaujolais wine, Cerise Nouveau exudes aromas of fresh cherries, dark summer fruits and gamay grapes. A bientôt!
