A tropical fruit & citrus blend of Columbus, Chinook, & Citra hops. Brewed with organic coconut palm sugar & specialty malts, then barrel aged in Jim Beam barrels for 60 days & then infused with Habanero honey. Deep, dusty citrus & caramel aromas with hints of bourbon present in the nose. The barrel aging & rich caramel malts have mellowed the huge hop bill & softened this near barleywine with hints of vanilla & pepper spice that dance on the palate.
