Пиво Alternate Ending - Cerebral Brewing

Back in April of 2018 we hosted Marco of Unseen Creatures to brew a fresh Saison hopped with Hallertau Blanc and Denali. We then took this base and blended in a barrel we selected from our aged sour stock in the method of Biere de Coupage. Though Initially meant to be representative of the style, the beer spoke otherwise and the result is an Alternate Ending. Over two years in the making, our patience has definitely paid off because this beer is in its heyday. The perfect balance of delicate funk and acidity. Bright with notes of sweet tarts, lemon preserves, peach & honeysuckle. Reminiscent of a White Wine Spritzer.
