Four grain Saison composed of Pilsner, Wheat, Oats and Rye. Hopped in the whirlpool with Cascade and Hallertau Blanc then ripened in second use Chardonnay barrels for 10 months and gently dry hopped with Hallertau Blanc. Bottled on 7/25/17.
