This voyage we joined forces with our homies at Bottle Logic Brewing to hand select a single barrel expression and among the contenders, we selected this one: the base beer was conditioned on a very rare honey varietal - Meadowfoam Maple - before being aged for 23 months in an 8 year Blanton’s Bourbon barrel. Lurking in this one: notes of Ristretto Espresso, Dutch Cocoa Powder, and Dried Turkish Figs. Be warned. Be wary. This beer is lactose-free
