Classic inspired Saison, slightly aiming to a farmhouse profile. Golden coloured,creamy foam, strong bodied.Brewed with barley,wheat and rye malts,dry and fine, with a slighlty refreshing acidic note. Spicy aroma, peppery, with some citric and fenolic hints.
