Пиво Calamity Jane (2017) - City Star Brewing

City Star ladies collaboration for International Women’s Day. The 2017 recipe takes inspiration from the Finnish Sahti beer style. The women of City Star Brewing harvested Rocky Mountain Juniper boughs and berries outside of Lyons, Colorado for the brew. The boughs were used as a lauter (filter) for the mash, and 1 pound of juniper berries were added to the boil. A variety of malted barley and Saaz hops were also added to this beer.
