Brewed alongside Oliver’s and After The Harvest, this is a crisp, vibrant and thirst-quenching hybrid of a classic Perry. With a delicate complexity from saison yeast and a light Simcoe dry hop, it was then aged for 4 years to bring out depth of flavour while retaining refreshing drinkability.
