Brewed with our friends De Garde from Tillamook, Oregon, this complex fruit sour was fermented with a mixed-culture wine yeast before secondary fermentation in foudre with De Garde’s house culture. It was then aged in French white wine barrels on fresh blueberries, providing layers of berry, vinous notes and farmhouse flavours.

Tart blackcurrant and crushed redcurrants, light blueberry sweetness, developing farmhouse notes

Light with a long, dry and tannic finish
