Brewed with our friends De Garde from Tillamook, Oregon, this oak-aged Wild Ale blends flavours reminiscent of white wine, cider and lambic. It's nuanced and layered while still retaining a crisp, refreshing character. Initially fermented with a mixed-culture wine yeast in steel, it then underwent secondary fermentation in foudre with De Garde's house culture, spending a total of 30 months in oak. The base beer to Blueberry Du Haut.
