Gyle No. 496. This IPA features both Citra and Citra BBC in the dry hop, backed up by Ekuanot BBC in the whirlpool. We fermented with London Fog yeast for a juicy finish, and used Flaked Oats and Wheat in the malt bill for body and texture. 6.5%
